At Biches & Bûches, we want you to be delighted with your knitting project and wool selection. If you are not completely satisfied, you may return your items in their original condition within 14 days of receipt.
Initiate Your Return
Contact our customer service team via email with your order number to request a return authorization and receive the shipping address for our warehouse.
Prepare the Package
Ensure that the yarn is in its original hanks or balls with labels intact, and that knitting kits include all original components in unused condition.
Ship the Items
Send your parcel using a tracked shipping service of your choice; please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty.
Receive Your Refund
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process a refund to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
